The SMART Lubricated Bumper Sub are used to provide a downward impact during fishing, Milling and remedial operations either upward or downward movement. Lubricated Fishing Bumper Sub is manufactured with heavy duty spline type axial movement system which can be used in the open or closed position for long periods of time.
The normal stroke length for the Lubricated Bumper sub is 12-inch to 18-inch vertical stroke, either upward or downward, whether rotating or not. Tools can be available with longer strokes as per customer request.
Tool can be used for high-angle, shallow or deep wells, including HPHT wellbore conditions. The bumper sub is useful in fishing, milling, Remedial jobs whether cased or open hole and used for disengaging fish from overshot, spear, etc…. by sharp bumping contribute easy to release from fish.

SMART Fishing Jar is a straight pull operated hydraulic jar to free a stuck portion of the drill string by applying an upward impact force during fishing operation with a faster mode of operation cycle compared to drilling jar.
SMART fishing Jar is used for fishing, drilling, Milling, testing, coring, reaming, and washover operations. Jarring force can be controlled by the operator as per technical manual to deliver optimum impact force. Tool can be used for high-angle, shallow or deep wells, including HPHT wellbore conditions.
With or without circulation tool can be operated as well as Full torque may be applied in either direction, heavy-duty spines which are continuously in engagement and transmit the torque to below the fishing jar components. Only straight pull is required to operate the Jar only free down movement required to cock the jar.

SMART Fishing Jar booster recommend to running along with the Fishing Jar. Fishing Jar booster designed for amplify the jarring load when run with a Fishing jar. The fishing jar Booster operating by hydraulic fluid as a spring for storing energy and operates by straight pull. When fishing jar bleed off or fired, fishing booster accelerate the force can achieve higher upward impact force against the stuck point.
Fishing Booster can be used for high-angle, shallow or deep wells, including HPHT wellbore conditions. very useful for shallow wells applications, this will be very effective because it simulates pipe stretch. Other scenario when jarring with Fishing Booster there is minimum movement on surface, this will improve safety sand point as well as avoid damages to the rig and surface equipment.
Accommodating Fishing Jar Booster in the fishing assembly could obtain optimum jarring impact with less drill collar weight. Position of the Fishing Jar Booster should be above the drill collar or heavy weight drill pipe from fishing jar.
