Description

The SMART SUCTION™ Venturi assly is a Successful Wellbore Debris Removal Tool with proven technology SMART SUCTION™ Venturi can be used with fluid, nitrogenated fluids, Air,or gases. The nozzles are replaced to achieve any possible ratio of flow rate. SMART SUCTION™ Venturi assly used to dressed in SMART MILLER™ Milling technology to provide better milling results. SMART SUCTION™ Venturi assly have many options to run along with SMART MILLER™ Junk Mill, Wash over shoe and mule shoes. SMART SUCTION™ Venturi Assly important feature that it is not dependent on the hole size to work. The rate of the Venturi action is much higher than the pump rate, no matter the hole size and nitrogen can be used without damaging the tool. The Venturi can be run with or without a mud motor. Traditional Hole cleaning system required higher mud pump efficiency to lift the cuttings from wellbore, SMART SUCTION™ Venturi assly required minimum pump capacity with normal drilling fluid to remove the cuttings / debris from wellbore.

Tool Operations

The SMART SUCTION™ Venturi assly usually run with Box up, combination of various parts, major parts are Top Sub, Venturi body, Barrel, and Shoe or mill. Prior to make up the Top Drive or Swivel, place the debris filter inside the work string to prevent the venturi nozzles plugged by debris. SMART SUCTION™ Venturi Assly is used to retrieve many types of junk and debris from the wellbore including wash over or milling operation. When fluid is pumped through the work string through the Venturi, nozzles direct the flow to the OD of the tool toward the bottom, same time vacuum created in the Venturi chamber and fluid and debris is drawn into the bottom of the tool. A debris screen and junk collection barrel are located between the Venturi chamber and the cages that will hold the debris inside the tool without falling.

Plan and Delivery

    • SMART SUCTION Venturi assly selection by casing/liner sizes, ID and drift dia from the technical data sheet.
    • Always customer data to be cross checked and verified prior to load out.
    • While dispatch the tool inspection report and operation manual to be send along with the tool.
    • Ensure Mill/Shoe OD suitable with casing/liner technical specifications.
    • Prior to load out the tool collect all the information about the operation

Maintanence and Handling

    • Good Maintenance will prolong the life of the tools each runs tools must disassembled and inspect as per SMART MAG™ Heavy Duty Non-Rotating String Magnet Service Manual.
    • After POOH from wellbore clean and remove the metal debris from the tool and lay out, cover the magnet area with SMART MAG SKIRT™. Install thread protectors and keep the tool in to tool cage, make sure magnet sleeve portion not to touch on the ground or any other object.
